  • Program Specialist

    The Program Specialist will have a hands-on role in the configuration, maintenance, and execution of programs/promotions utilizing our proprietary rewards platform. This person will collaborate with multiple groups (account and client marketing teams, operations, design, engineering, and external service providers) to ensure that reward programs and promotions are delivered on-time and executed with a high degree of accuracy, and effectiveness. The ideal candidate brings relevant experience, strong technical aptitude, project management skills and a passion for building reward solutions.

  • Process Improvement Specialist

    Are you a problem-solver, go-getter, and have a passion for continuously trying to improve a process? In the role of Process Improvement Specialist, you are empowered to work collaboratively with our teams to identify and implement best practices across the organization.

  • Call Center Manager

    The Contact Center Manager supervises the daily operations of the internal Customer Contact Center team and our external call center partners, and develops processes and procedures to deliver the highest level of customer service.
