Customer Care Advisor - Minnetonka

LOCATION: Minnetonka, MN

Overview

RAZR is looking for an enthusiastic Customer Care Advisor to contribute to the customer support team, addressing, and resolving client issues. There is a significant emphasis on providing a top-quality rewards experience with every phone call, email, and face-to-face interaction with our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls and provide an exceptional customer service experience to our customers
  • Manage and resolve daily, open customer service escalations and customer inquiries
  • Act as liaison between RAZR account team and our customers to resolve open escalations
  • Work directly with RAZR’s contact center partners to resolve open customer service situations
  • Perform outbound calls to customers enrolled in RAZR’s rewards programs
  • Communicate any system issues and work with Account Managers, IT and suppliers on issue resolution
  • Assist with documentation of customer service processes and procedures
  • Provide support to as needed within other areas of the Operations team as directed

Education & Experience

  • 0-3+ years of experience in a customer service role is preferred
  • Associates degree in related field or equivalent experience & education preferred
